Refund and Returns Policy for Xmark

At Xmark, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your printer order, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to make the process simple and convenient.

Refund Policy:

You may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the printer must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within one business day.

Returns Policy:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  info@xmark-inc.com with your order number and reason for return.

You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the printer.

Please ensure the printer is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Printers:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged printer, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange for a return and, upon inspection, provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different printer, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact our customer service team for assistance.
